What if a product is out of stock when I place my order?
Due to us running two shops open to the public as well as taking telephone and internet orders, items shown on the website may not always be in stock at the time of ordering. If any of the items you order are out of stock we will contact you:
- If it’s a fabric that is a regular line or is possible to restock we will give you an estimate of the new delivery date. (please note this is an estimate and subject to change)
- If the above is not an option or the fabric can’t be sourced or restocked again, then a full refund will be given.
How long will it take for my fabric to arrive once I have placed the order?
Orders are usually being dispatched within 3 working days and are being delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery Time is 3 to 5 working days. Royal Mail are extremely busy at the moment so some deliveries are taking slightly longer than usual once they have left the store.
